Annabelle's Garden Begins

This is my first entry in a new venture. Annabelle's Garden will be my initial encounter with blogging. Lots of new terms to learn, more to do than I probably have time for, but here goes.
My husband and I built a new house last sumnmer and are just now getting a flower garden installed. We have always gardened - farmed, really. We have raised corn and soybeans forever, but now his health prevents Tom from farming. My son helps out by planting the vegetable garden and tending that when he has time. I will pull entries from my garden journal to put into the blog later today. For now, I am curious to see if this really works. More later.
